Thoughts Effect Your Physical Body

The Body is a Metaphor of the Mind. 

What shows up in the body has everything to do with our mind .

We are energetic beings manifesting a physical life. 


Problems like pain and ill health have at their root, unspoken and expressed thoughts. 

Have you ever closed your tired eyes at night only to find a stream of thoughts that can’t stop thinking themselves into being. 


That constant noise of words in your head are there all the time. Like the hum of the refrigerator, but you only notice when everything else becomes quiet. 

Much of those thoughts remain unexamined and yet they exist. Over time their vibration can disrupt the fine balance of the body.  


THOSE THOUGHTS BECOME PHYSICAL.

  • Resistance to someone or something or some change becomes pain, or stiffness as the body resists movement.

  • Poor Boundaries show up on the edges of the body in the skin, or as an invasion of boundary, such as a virus.


    Shame and Guilt hurt our hearts and effect our breathing.

  • Lack of support shows up in feet, ankles and spine. 


    Duty weighs heavy on the shoulders and stiffens the neck. 

The symbolic language of the body  never ceases to amaze me .
