Write & Release.
Journalling workshops to release your inner voice and unlock your creative energy.
“I can shake off everything as I write; my sorrows disappear, my courage is reborn.”
Inside of you are words that wish to be heard and feelings that wish to be expressed.
These live journalling workshops are opportunities to access the deep creative space that lives and breathes inside of you.
Using writing prompts I will guide you towards unlocking that space, connecting with feelings that may be locked in the fabric of your body.
You do not have to be a writer to attend.
What you get:
A small and sacred circle with a few amazing people where you can laugh, cry and above all share your voice.
A non judgemental, compassionate and safe space to access your authenticity.
An opportunity to connect to your body and discover what emotions or feelings might be locked within you.
A method of journalling that will help you access your inner voice at any time.
F.A.Q.
I have never written in a journal, does it matter?
No, Absolutely not.
The idea is to release the words and the energy that is locked up in your body. Sometimes the words come through creatively, other times they are stilted and list like.
There is creativity within all of us but emotional blocks get in the way, the aim is to help you release some of the blocks. It is a personal process but held within a small group container.
Do we read out what we’ve written?
Yes (if you feel safe enough to do so)
In reading out what you have written there is another layer of expression, you are releasing it into the world. This is why the groups are small. I expect everyone in the group to bring compassion and non judgement. This is a personal healing process supported in the group and honoured by each individual. If the emotion flows then there is release.
Are there any guarantees?
Simple answer: No.
Everybody’s journey to wholeness is different. The workshops are designed to help you gain insights that facilitate inner healing.
Some prompts move people to tears, whilst for others the same prompts don’t touch them at all.
The process of writing and releasing the creative energy may inspire you to continue on your pathway of self discovery.
What people are saying.
“I joined Tracey’s writing workshop in the hope that it might help me to find a way to learn to express myself a little more, I was not disappointed. Not only did she create a welcoming and safe space but she allowed each participant the space to explore their own words and ideas. She guides and supports you, gently enabling you to move out of your head and into your body to find the energy of the emotion. This allows your instinctive and authentic voice to emerge. Her simple yet profound method has been life changing and has given rise to thoughts and feelings I didn’t know I was holding on to. By ‘writing them out’ it has allowed them to be processed and released. Thank you Tracey for this inspiring course.”

“I feel so privileged to have been part of the writing workshop which made me explore, release and identify some resistances and write about them from the heart from the soul. I really encourage everyone to do it. Tracey is an amazing guide. It helps to creat a safe place to open and explore in a small group with respect and love.
Challenging due to I have never write and English is not my mother language. It really doesn’t matter. Connecting with my truth speaks by itself. I am loving it. Thank you Tracey.”

I was fortunate to be part of the Women’s Circle that Tracey ran in 2020 so didn’t hesitate when she launched ‘Write and Release’. The Circle was brilliant, with women from all over the World coming together without judgement or advice, but this latest workshop took it to another level. With the smaller group the connection was incredible. The first week we were understandably a little guarded as although we had sat in the Circle together we didn’t ‘know’ each other.
By the second week we had truly bonded and the feeling of support, strength and safety to discuss whatever our writings brought up, again without judgement or advice, was amazing. There was talk, laughter and some tears of release but as the weeks passed we all didn’t want it to finish. Even if you haven’t taken part in anything like this before don’t be nervous and just go along with it, we all need at some time to open up to something totally different from our norm. No one is going to be better at it, or know what to do or what to say – it just happens.
